Arabia Petraea Felix is a collection of sculptures, inspired by ancient geometrical abstract sculptures and architecture from the area stretching from Jordan all the way south to Yemen.
Here are some pictures of some of the original ancient sculptures and some of my sculptures where I explore those geometrical forms and reproduce some of them in my own sculptures. This process has helped me learn, understand and enjoy more these forms.
