After selecting some of my sculptures, I create miniature models using polymer clay (Sculpey), then I send them to the foundry to be cast in wax and then in brass. After collecting the cast, I finish them using Dremel power tools: I clean the traces of the casting process then create a texture, each of the pieces is finished individually which gives it a unique character. When I'm satisfied with the level of finishing I apply a patina to give the sculptures their bronze look.
